QEX, through its wholly owned subsidiary New Y Trading Limited (New Y Trading), undertakes the following business operations in New Zealand:

• Export of health supplement parcels: We operate a daily collection service in Auckland from health supplement and souvenir stores, and online shopping warehouses. We also collect parcels three times a week from Hamilton, and have strategic partnerships to provide picked up services in Palmerstone North, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown. As the parcels are received, they are aggregated and flown daily to China, cleared through customs and delivered to the end user.

• Warehousing and repacking: We operate a RMP (Risk Management Programme) certified warehouse based in Auckland . We manage the inventory but ownership of the product stays with the customer.

• Supply chain services: We supply bulk milk powder, baby food and infant formula to our customers. Through bulk buying from manufacturers, we can pass cost savings through to customers as well as helping with cash flow requirements by enabling customers to take orders but have QEX source, package, label and deliver the product to the end user in China.

New Y Trading provides full traceability of parcels from New Zealand to consumers in China. It is a door-to-door service. For more information about tracking your parcels please click here.
