Customer Service Manager

Blue Lu was born in Shanghai China and graduated from Shanghai Custom University. After coming in New Zealand on 2011, she joined the QEX on July 2013 and now working as a customer service manager. Her education background and previous working experience in China help her to establish good understanding of customer servicing and related tasks. Well understanding of local market and China market help her daily decision making and managing customer service team such as daily tasks assigning, data recording, driver arrangement and MPI program follow up.

She has lead the customer service team to work with warehouse and technical team quit well with professional communication. Hope in the future our customer service team could help more customers improve and expand our business through our professional serve.
